Off Track Betting Parlors

The Illinois Horse Racing Act, effective June 28, 2019 states that Fairmount Park may establish up to 9 intertrack wagering locations (OTB's), Hawthorne Race Course may establish up to 16 OTB's and Arlington Park may establish up to 18 OTB's. As of November 30, 2020, Arlington Park has 8 OTB's in operation, Hawthorne Race Course has 10 OTB's, and Fairmount Park has 3 OTB's.
