Illinois History Conferences

The Conference on Illinois History offers a place for scholars to present their latest research into the state’s past, whether it involves Native Americans and early settlers, Abraham Lincoln and his contemporaries, or crusaders for social justice. Historians present their findings and then take part in lively conversations with the audiences. The conference also has sessions designed specifically for teachers, who can earn professional-development credits for participating.
