IDFPR.com Website Redesign Launches Monday

SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) is launching a new and updated website on Monday, August 29. This will require our current website to go down and become unavailable beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2011. The new website will be launched as soon as possible after that time.

The new website is designed to provide consumers more useable information about licensed professionals and businesses in Illinois.  The site also offers easier access to license applications, renewal forms, and other information professionals and industries regulated by IDFPR need to comply with state laws and regulations.  The new design is also designed to be much more user friendly and easier to navigate using fewer “clicks” to get from one point to another.
