ICDD Announces New Funding Opportunity

The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities is pleased to announce the release of a new Call for Investment (CFI) entitled "Increasing Access to Community Health". Many people face barriers to accessing quality healthcare on a daily basis, but for people with developmental disabilities these barriers are unique and even more challenging. In order to ensure that people with developmental disabilities have access to good, quality healthcare, the Council is releasing this funding opportunity in hopes of building capacity within local health care systems to better serve all people in their communities.

An informational conference call will be held on June 15, 2010 to discuss the Council's outcome framework and to answer any specific questions about the CFI. A form is included in the attached packet to RSVP for this session.
