Forums on Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities
The Illinois Arts Council, in partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services and Access Living of Metro Chicago, is proud to present Universal Arts: Forums on Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities.

The forums, taking place this May in Springfield and Chicago, will:
  • For the first time, bring together state resources for disabilities and the arts;
  • Provide insight into careers in the arts for all levels of practicing artists with disabilities; and
  • Provide an opportunity to meet and network with arts presenters and educators.
The forums are open to all Illinois artists, art students, and arts administrators with a disability or who work with people with disabilities and the arts.

Don't miss this opportunity! Please respond to this call for information and registration to the Universal Arts: Forums on Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities by Friday, April 10, 2009.

Attendance is limited.
P.S. When you fill out the survey, you will be entered in a random drawing to receive a copy of the VSA publication Putting Creativity to Work: Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities.
