The Process of Customized Employment

The Process of Customized Employment, a process to assist individuals with disabilities with complex needs and conditions to acquire and retain gainful employment, with Michael Callahan has been rescheduled for August 26 & 27, 2008 in Springfield, Illinois. 

The Customized Employment process is a flexible blend of strategies, services, and supports designed to increase employment options for job seekers wtih complex needs through voluntary negotiation of the employment relationship with an employer.
