The Exceptional Latino Family Conference

The Illinois Department of Human Services - Division of Rehabilitation Services are presenting The Exceptional Latino Family Conference on June 28 in Maywood, Illinois to provide information to families on advocacy, special education, transition (school to work), and financial planning for school age children (3 - 22 years of age) with Developmental Disabilities and their families. The Conference will be in Spanish and English.
 
The event is being sponsored by: PAEC School, Community Support Services, Proviso Township Mental Health Commission's Developmental Disabilities Consortium, including Seguin, Aspire and Suburban Access, CILD - Committee for the Integration of Latinos with Disabilities, La Voz Latina, Illinois Welcoming Center and the Community Alliance.
 
Topics Include: advocacy, special education, transition (school to work), and financial planning for school age children (3 - 22 years of age) with Developmental Disabilities and their families.
We thank everyone, including our special volunteers, for supporting this conference.
