Illinois DCFS Recruiting Child Welfare, Protection Professionals at Chicago Employment Expo
WHAT: Recruiters from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (Illinois DCFS) will attend an Employment Expo at Rusu-McCartin Boys & Girls Club in Chicago. For a limited time, Illinois DCFS is expediting its hiring for Cook County staff positions. Qualified applicants who attend this event may receive conditional offers of employment within three business days. As such, Illinois DCFS recruiters will be available to help applicants understand position responsibilities, State of Illinois employment benefits and how to submit a successful application. Representatives from Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services, Illinois Department of Corrections, Illinois Department of Human Services, Illinois Department of Employment Security, Illinois Toll Highway Authority and the Illinois Department of Human Rights will also be present.
