SATURDAY IS KIDS DAY AT THE ILLINOIS STATE FAIR

FIVE THINGS TO DO AUGUST 14th 

Springfield, IL - Saturday, August 14th is Kid's Day at the Illinois State Fair. A day set aside to celebrate the next generation of Agricultural leaders. Kid's Day features special programming aimed at educating and entertaining children of all ages.

There are many exciting things to see and do at the Illinois State Fair, here are just a few highlights:

• Fiddle & Banjo Contest at 11:00 AM on the Lincoln Stage
• Ponytail Contest at 3:00 PM on the Lincoln Stage
• Diaper Derby at 4:30 PM on the Lincoln Stage
• Parade of Champions at 5:00 PM in the Coliseum
• Gabriel "Fluffy" Inglesias at 8:00 PM at the Grandstand

And remember - Kids 12 & under get in FREE to the Illinois State Fair!
