KARAOKE WINNER TO PERFORM IN FRONT OF SOLD OUT CROWD

SPRINGFIELD, IL- When 18 Illinois State Fair Karaoke Finalists take Grand Central Stage at the Illinois State Fair, not only will they be competing for first place but also the chance to sing in front of 14,000 people. This year's Karaoke Finals champion will perform two songs prior to the sold-out Reba concert on Sunday, August 18th. 

"We can't thank Reba and her management team enough for agreeing to have the karaoke winner perform before her sold-out show", said Illinois State Fair Manager, Kevin Gordon. "This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the lucky winner and a moment they won't soon forget."

The finalists earned the right to perform at the State Fair by placing either first or second place at nine county fairs around the state this summer. The finals will take place Sunday, August 11th at 1:00 pm on the Grand Central Stage.

Performers include: Abbey Barhum, Ali Browning, Avery Felton, Carleigh Yaeger, Danielle Grassmuck, Juston Vanclave, Krystal Sturgen, Matthew Cloud, Melanie Jackson, Michelle Kaesebier, Phillip Cornell, Samantha Trout, Sarah Schug, Scott Byrne, Tabatha Shuman, Ted Ballard, Toby Wiersma and Travis Hartfield.
