The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor Bruce Rauner that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of:

Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency's personnel on:

Sunrise Friday, December 7, 2018

Flags should remain lowered until sunset on December 30th due to the prior flag
 order in honor of President George H.W. Bush
