WEDNESDAY IS SENIOR DAY AT THE DU QUOIN STATE FAIR

DU QUOIN, IL - Wednesday, August 29th is Senior Day at the 2018 Du Quoin State Fair! Senior citizens ages 60 and older get free admission to the Fair on Wednesday. Here are just a few highlights of the events for Wednesday:

• TIME CHANGED: Harness Racing will start at 11:00 a.m. on the Pepsi MidAmerica Grandstand Magic Mile Track, due to expected rain Wednesday evening
• Senior Prom with the Jerry Ford Orchestra from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Heartland Coca-Cola Expo Hall
• Locally Made or Grown: Spinning and Weaving Demonstrations from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the 2nd Heat Building
• Best Casserole Contest at 6:00 p.m. in the Heartland Coca-Cola Expo Hall
• FREE CONCERT by We Got It Covered at 8:30 p.m. on the RollnUp Beer Tent Stage
