IDOT to Host Open House in Rockford for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program

ROCKFORD — The Illinois Department of Transportation will host an open house Monday, Aug. 6, for individuals interested in doing business with the state. The free event will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 7675 Walton Street, in Rockford.

Staff will be available to discuss how to become certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and to explain the programs and services that IDOT makes available to help minorities, women and other eligible small businesses.
