THURSDAY AT THE 2017 DU QUOIN STATE FAIR

Du Quoin, IL. - Thursday is Illinois Tourism Day at the Du Quoin State Fair. Beat the weekend crowds and come out to the fair and support the tourism industry in Illinois.

The fair gates open today at 2:00 pm, and the Carnival will be churning out thrills and shrills starting at 4:00 pm.  Be sure to check out some of these other fun, family friendly activities at the Du Quoin State Fair.

• Expo Drive: Natural Horsemanship at 4:30 pm, 6 pm

• Southern Illinois Free Tent: Magic Mike performs at 5 pm, 7 pm

• Beer Tent: Whiskey River performs at 5 pm

• Main Street: RC Racing at 5 pm, 6:30 pm

• Heartland Coca-Cola Expo Hall: Cattle Dog Demonstration at 5 pm, 7 pm

• Hayes Avenue: Cirque Extreme at 5:30 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm

• Southern Illinois Free Tent: Hooper the Hypnotist performs at 6 pm, 8 pm

• Heartland Coca-Cola Expo Hall: Best Pie Contest at 6 pm

• Grandstand: Roots & Boots Tour featuring Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin, and Collin Raye at 7:30 pm

• Beer Tent: Dirtwater Fox performs at 8:30 pm
