CHICAGO - Governor Bruce Rauner announced today he has made appointments to the Workers' Compensation Commission.

Name: Michael Glaub
Position: Arbitrator - Workers' Compensation Commission

Governor Bruce Rauner has appointed Michael Glaub to the Workers' Compensation Commission as an arbitrator. He brings decades of experience in workers' compensation matters.

Currently, Glaub is a partner at Hennessy & Roach in Chicago. He defends workers' compensation claims for self-insurers and insurance carriers from inception through all potential levels of appeal. He previously served as a Senior Associate at both Speigel & Cahill and the Roddy Law Group.

Glaub earned his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Southern Illinois University and his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. He lives in Norridge.

Position: Arbitrator - Workers' Compensation Commission

Governor Bruce Rauner has appointed Frank Soto to the Workers' Compensation Commission as an arbitrator. Soto has worked with multiple firms and law practices that oversee workers' compensation litigation.

He currently owns his own law firm, Law Offices of Frank J. Soto, Ltd., where he concentrates on workers' compensation, civil litigation, and personal injury administrative hearings, municipal, real estate, criminal, contract and business law matters. He previously oversaw all administrative hearings conducted by the Illinois Office of the Secretary of State. Soto also has experience as the Deputy Director of Management Operations and Grant Manager at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

Soto received his bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Eastern Illinois University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. He lives in Bensenville.
