Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

The Department of Human Rights administers the Illinois Human Rights Act ("Act"). The Act prohibits discrimination in Illinois with respect to employment, financial credit, public accommodations and housing. The Act also prohibits sexual harassment in education.
