Coroner Training Board

The Illinois Coroner Training Board was established in 2016. The purpose of the Coroner Training Board is to establish and maintain standards for Illinois coroner training and certification that are relevant, realistic and responsive, and that encourage adherence to high standards of professional practice and ethical conduct when performing medicolegal death investigations.
