Health & Welfare:            Employees whose position is scheduled 600 or more hours annually as follows:

                                    Employee only:             $   481.18/Month

                                    Family:                         $   812.42/Month


Pension:                        9.21% of gross for those employees whose position is scheduled 600 or more hours annually.



Vacation:                      Individuals in positions scheduled 7.5 hours or more per day:


1-  5 years            10 days

                                    6-10 years    15 days

11 + years            15 days plus one day for each year of service not to exceed 20 days.

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
