ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES
Jurisdiction: MADISON COUNTY
Health & Welfare: $211.50/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week and 30 or more weeks per year after 30 days of continuous, active employment.
Vacation: For individuals in a 12 month position paid at hourly equivalent days:
Less than 6 months NA
6 months – 3 years 0.84 days per month
4 years – 7 years 1.25 days per month
8+ years 1.67 days per month
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
