Health & Welfare:            Employees in positions scheduled 32 hours per week, after 90 days


                                    Employee Only                        $303.00/Month

                                    Employee + Child(ren)            $350.00/Month

                                    Employee + Spouse                 $491.00/Month

                                    Family                                      $610.00/Month


Pension:                        Employees in positions scheduled 32 hours per week, after six months


                                    4% of gross hourly rate for all hours worked


Vacation:                      All employees eligible for hourly equivalent days as follows:

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
