ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

Jurisdiction: WAYNE COUNTY
Health & Welfare: $349.80/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 6 or more hours per day and actually work 51% of the scheduled hours.
Pension: 10.11% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.
Vacation: Employees in positions scheduled 8 or more hours per day shall receive according to the following schedule:
1 year of employment 10 days
10 years of employment 15 days
20 years of employment 16 days
21 years of employment 17 days
22 years of employment 18 days
23 years of employment 19 days
24+ years of employment 20 days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
