Wages: Manager $16.40/Hour
Health & Welfare: For individuals employed 30+ days and in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week:
Employee Only $386.40/Month
Employee + Child(ren) $512.49/Month
Employee + Spouse $687.85/Month
Pension: 5% of gross wages for individuals with one or more years of service, working in positions scheduled 1,000 hours or more, and over the age of 21.
Vacation: For individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week:
1 – 4 Years 20 Days
5 – 9 Years 22 Days
10 – 14 Years 26 Days
15 – 19 Years 29 Days
20+ Years 32 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
