ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

Jurisdiction: FULTON COUNTY
Health & Welfare: For employees working 25 hours or more per week, the employer shall pay a $2,120.00/year contribution.
Pension: 7.81% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.
Vacation: Full time employees shall receive vacation as follows:
1-4 years of service 2 weeks
5-9 years of service 3 weeks
10+years of service 4 weeks
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
