Finally, all necessary revisions, based on the amendments made to the child support guidelines in accordance with Public Act 100-0923
have been incorporated into this most recent version of the Illinois Child Support Estimator.

The Illinois Child Support Estimator is designed to provide a general idea of a child support amount in accordance with the Illinois child support guidelines (750 ILCS 5/505) based upon the information you enter. This estimator is for informational purposes only. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services-Division of Child Support Services assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the child support amount that you see after you enter the information.
The child support amount that you see on this estimator may not be the same amount that the Department or the court establishes. This amount is meant to be an estimate and is not a guarantee of the amount of child support awarded. Many factors affect the amount of child support and each situation is different.
