E-Pay

epay.gifHBWD is now offering online payments by using the Illinois E-Pay system offered by the Illinois State Treasurer's Office. E-Pay is a self-service electronic payment program allowing payments to be made on the user's timetable without leaving their home. E-Pay is designed for local governments and state agencies to offer users of its services easier, faster payment choices. The Illinois E-Pay system accepts Visa, MasterCard, and E-Checks. The payor will not incur any additional charge for making payments on the site.

Monthly premiums are based on the applicant’s monthly income. Premiums are due on the 20th of each month. Monthly statements are mailed to participants near the first of each month.

Please use the link above and have the following information available.

  1. Customer Number ID # (required) – Customer Number ID # is 10 characters, alphanumeric. The first character is always an "M." The Customer ID # is located in the upper left hand corner of the remittance statement.

  2. Payment Amount

  3. Client Name

  4. Client Address

  5. Payor name, if different than client

  6. Telephone number of payor

  7. Case ID

  8. E-mail address of payor (optional)
