    *Expertpay.com (bank account debit) - You will need to register to use this service and pay a one-time registration fee of $2.50.  There is a validation period to verify your checking or savings account information.

    **e-childspay.com and Pay by Phone (credit card) -The processing fee schedule is as follows: 

    Payments of $0.01 to $500.00 are charged flat rate fee of $14.95.  Payments of $500.01 or more are charged a fee of 2.95%.

    When directing payments to the Illinois State Disbursement Unit, you must provide the following information for each payment for each separate order:

    • The Illinois court where the order was entered
    • The case/docket number
    • The obligor's Social Security number
    • The payment amount for each case/docket number if there is more than one order


    All checks should be made payable to the Illinois State Disbursement Unit.

    If you are making a payment because you have received a notice that we are pursuing additional enforcement such as suspending your Driver's License, Passport, or due to a Lien, etc., please submit your payment to:

    *Maintenance only payments are not to be sent to the SDU*
     
    The purpose of the State Disbursement Unit is to process and record child support payments.
    Maintenance payments in conjunction with child support orders can be processed through the SDU.
    When the SDU becomes aware of a maintenance payment or anything other than a child support payment (i.e. attorney’s fees) the SDU is required to return the payment to the sender.
