  • ADME – Advancing the Development of Minority Entrepreneurship is an investment program developed to strengthen Illinois’ start-up and small business community by tapping into the potential of minority entrepreneurs.
  • Advantage Illinois – provides Illinois businesses and entrepreneurs with access to the capital to start new companies and expand existing business.  Comprised of programs to spur institutional lending, includes Capital Access Program and Participation Loan Program.
  • Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) – self-financed, state authority principally engaged in issuing taxable and tax-exempt bonds, making loans, and investing capital for businesses, non-profit corporations, agriculture and local government units statewide. IFA finances about $3 billion each year, helping generate economic growth and job creation.
  • Illinois State Treasurers Office – offers programs designed to assist the Illinois business community by providing access to capital and financing at affordable rates in order to promote economic development activities that create and retain jobs within the state.
