Mandatory Left Column Upgrade - State Links - 5/19/03

In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates the ITO is implementing a required Left Column Upgrade. This upgrade will pull the State Links collapsible menu dynamically from the ITO.

Implementation of this required upgrade requires the following code change to leftnavbarag.htm

Note: In the new code you will need to replace "Entity ID Here" with your specific Entity ID.
