Mandatory Left Column Upgrade - State Links - 5/19/03
In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates the
ITO is implementing a required Left Column Upgrade. This upgrade will
pull the State Links collapsible menu dynamically from the ITO.

Right Column Upgrade - State Features - 5/19/03
In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates the
ITO is implementing a required Right Column Upgrade. This upgrade will
pull the State Features dynamically from the ITO.

Optional Left Column Enhancement - State Links - 3/10/03
In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates the
ITO is providing an Optional Left Column Enhancement. This enhancement
will pull the State Links collapsible menu dynamically from the ITO.

Optional Right Column Enhancement - State Features - 3/10/03
In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates the
ITO is providing an Optional Right Column Enhancement. This enhancement
will pull the State Features dynamically from the ITO.

Mandatory Left Column Upgrade - 2/4/03
In an effort to further improve the functionality of the templates
the ITO has upgraded two key areas of the Left Navigation Column. (Note:
If you downloaded the templates after Monday, February 3rd the changes
outlined in this upgrade will NOT need to be applied).
