Welcome to Template Assistance

This assistance section has been created to assist you in the implementation of the Official State of Illinois Entity templates. It covers everything from setting up a directory structure on your server to the incorporation of entity specific identity elements into the template header.

Note: The Templates are to be used in their purest form. Core header, left column, center content area, right column and footer code must NOT be changed without the expressed permission of the ITO.

If your question has not been addressed post it to the message board or e-mail Web Services, Statewide Web Development at the Illinois Technology Office - WebServices.CMS@illinois.gov. Web Accessibility

The templates have been developed to comply with the IWAS standards found at www.illinois.gov/iwas/. This section includes information on accessibility with links to the IWAS standards, the Federal Section 508 standards and the W3C guidelines.

Note: Implementation and population of these templates should be handled with great deligence to ensure that the integrity of the templates and the IWAS standards are maintained.
