1. Header (Same as main page)
   The same header include should be used throughout the site.

2. Left Column - Nav. (Same as main page)
   The same lef column navigation include should be used throughout the site.

3. Right Column
   In a subsection page the right column should contain navigation specific to the parent section. This allows the visitor to get to other subsection pages that are related to the specific section.

   The content area of a subsection page should contain applicable information about the service, event, etc...
