CMS Web Services (formerly ITO) has prepared standardized web templates to be used on all Illinois
State Government web sites under the jurisdiction of the Governor. These templates are provided free of
charge through this web site. They will not only help Illinois in achieving the goal of a common look, feel
and navigation, but also address accessibility and usability issues.
Any level of Illinois Government may feel free to use these templates in conjunction with the Illinois Web
Accessibility Standard of which the templates were designed in part to comply with.
Accessibility and Usability are a worthy goal that is in the best interest of all Illinois State Government
web site visitors.
