  Keep Illinois Beautiful Program   

Objective: The Illinois Clean and Beautiful grant program provides grants to assist not-for-profit community organizations in the promotion of solid waste management and environmental education. Any Illinois city or county certified by Keep America Beautiful can apply for grant funds. The grants must be forwarded to a not-for-profit community organization, which must commit a 50 percent cash match for the grant. Funded activities must meet guidelines established for administration of the program.
