Along with East St. Louis, the first IWA communities were Harvey, in the Chicago suburbs,
the "Southern Seven" counties of Illinois -Alexander, Hardin, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski
and Union - as well three neighborhoods in Chicago, Englewood, North Lawndale and Humboldt Park.
IWA has expanded into the new communities of Rock Island, Maywood, and Little Village in
Chicago.
On each communities page there are pictures from IWA projects/collaborators
in that community, facts, census data and a link to that community's summary
of progress.
