JANITORIAL

Wages:                         JANITOR:                   1st year             $11.80/hour

                                                                        2nd year            $12.51hour

                                                                        3rd year $13.42/hour

                                                                        4th year             $14.17/hour

                                                                       

 

Health & Welfare:         $250.00 per month

 

Pension:                        9.45% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.

 

Vacation:                      Full time employees shall be entitled on their anniversary date the following schedule:

 

                                    1-2 years:                       5 days

                                    3-5 years:                     10 days

                                    6-9 years:                     12 days

                                    10-12 years:                 15 days

                                    13-16 years:                 17 days

                                    17 + years:                   20 days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.

Health & Welfare:         $2,200.00/Year

 

Pension:                        9.01% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.

 

Vacation:                      Full time employees shall be entitled on their anniversary date the following schedule:

 

                                    1-2 years:                       5 days

                                    3-5 years:                     10 days

                                    6-9 years:                     12 days

                                    10-12 years:                 15 days

                                    13-16 years:                 17 days

                                    17 + years:                   20 days

Vacation:                      Full time employees shall be entitled on their anniversary date the following schedule:

 

                                    1-2 years:                       5 days

                                    3-5 years:                     10 days

                                    6-9 years:                     12 days

                                    10-12 years:                 15 days

                                    13-16 years:                 17 days
