Health & Welfare:         For full time employees             $382.53/Month

 

Pension:                        6.86% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Full-time, 12 month employees shall be eligible for

 

                                    1 year to 10 years                                 10 days

                                    11 years to 15 years                             15 days

                                    16 or more years                                  20 days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitor workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
