Wages: Supervisor: $11.47/Hour

Dietary Aide: $ 6.50/Hour

Cook: $ 8.50/Hour

Health & Welfare: For individuals scheduled 36 or more hours per week:

 

Employee only $330.00/Month

Employee + Spouse $516.00/Month

Employee + Child(ren) $436.00/Month

Family $921.00/Month

 

Pension: 3.5% of gross wages for individuals employed two years and in a position scheduled 1,000 hours annually.

 

Vacation: All employees accrue vacation at the hourly rate indicated below up to the maximum number of days annually:

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
