                                    LONGEVITY PAY:

                                                beginning with the 5th year         $0.53/hour

                                                beginning with the 10th year       $1.06/hour

                                                beginning with the 15th year       $1.59/hour

                                                beginning with the 20th year       $2.12/hour

                                                beginning with the 25th year       $2.65/hour

                                                beginning with the 30th year       $3.18/hour

                                                beginning with the 35th year       $3.71/hour

                                                                       

Health & Welfare:         $348.92/Month for individuals working 4 or more hours daily.

 

Pension:                        8.68% of gross if scheduled hours are greater than 600 annually

 

Vacation:                      Full time employees shall accumulate the following:

 

Beginning with the first full calendar month of actual service at the rate of 1 working day per month to a maximum of ten working days for employees with less than 5 years of service.  

 

After the 5th year          15 days

                                    After the 20th year        20 days

                                    After the 30th year        22 days

                                    After the 35th year        24 days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
