Jurisdiction:                   CUMBERLAND COUNTY

 

Wages:                         Head Cook:                             $13.46/Hour

                                    Cook:                                       $13.01/Hour

                                    Part Time Cook:                       $12.46/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:         $150.00/Month for individuals who work 17-1/2 hours or more per week.

                                   

Pension:                        5.90% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours

                                    or more annually.

                                   

Vacation:                      A 12 month position employee shall receive vacation according to the following schedule:

                                   

                                      1 year of service                       5 days

                                      2 -  5 years                             10 days

                                      6 -  9 years                             11 days

                                    10 -12 years                             12 days

                                    13 years                                   13 days

                                    14 years                                   14 days

                                    15 years                                   15 days

                                    16 years                                   16 days

                                    17 years                                   17 days

                                    18 years                                   18 days

                                    19 years                                   19 days

                                    20 years                                   20 days

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
