Enhance your event at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum with In the Cabinet Room: Francis Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter was a painter, who in 1863 was invited to spend time in the White House to paint a picture commemorating the issuance of the Emancipation Proclamation.

In the Cabinet Room of The White House Years, your guests can converse with Francis Carpenter. The actor portraying Mr. Carpenter will talk with your guests about what it was like during this exciting time in America.

In the Cabinet Room: Mr. Francis Carpenter, based on availability, may be added to a Museum rental event for $75 per hour for up to two hours during an event and is repeated throughout the scheduled time. (Payment is made by check directly to the actor and should be provided to the actor the evening of the event.)
